The CPI Hotels joint stock company started the business with one hotel in 1993.

Currently it is successfully running fifteen properties with total capacity of over 7 100 beds, ranking among top Czech hotel companies.

The company is the exclusive representative of the Choice Hotels Europe multinational chain in Czech and Slovak Republics and owns and operates five hotels under brands belonging to the portfolio of this chain. They are:

• Management contract – benefit of this collaboration is full transparency of operation, giving the owner the possibility to participate on important decisions of operational or investment character.
• Lease contract – in this case the owner leases the hotel as a whole to CPI Hotels, a.s. and gain a right to agreed amount of money. The owner minimizes his risk but the managing power is solely in the hands of CPI Hotels, a.s.
